Last Tuesday I took the day off to take my family in law to the UITM convocation. My sister in law, Ummi Hani was graduating that day. Actually I'm replacing my wife because she claim that she have a really important meeting that day. Eventually I had to utilise the only leave that I have.
I never expected that it was going to be a long and tiring day. I've always hate university convocation because of its long and stupid protocol. I don't know when will they ever change it, or they might not even bother. University folks sometimes not very smart - remember the last time some not so smart old folks defended the name Universiti Pertanian Malaysia because of it's sentimental value - rubbish!
